Haley Ostir

My guest is dancer/actor/singer Haley Ostir. She was born and
raised in Canada, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and is now
based in New York. She discusses the challenges of being an
international on a limited visa and how that pushes her to extra
focus and drive, her extensive dance training and experience and
work as a teacher and choreographer, the craziness of auditions and
open calls (and how one company does it better), balancing career
with social life, taking care of yourself and your instruments, how
