Lecturer and Author #BrenéBrown said, “I define #connection as
the 2#energy that exists between people when they feel seen,
heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without
judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the
relationship.”  


Isn’t it interesting that when we feel seen, heard, and valued
the energy between conversations shifts, when we feel valued
there is a sense of appreciation and acceptance. There is a
deeper understanding found in the similarities which creates a
connection of being understood.   And being understood
leads to better rapport.
