Today, I took a 3-minute break and mediated.   It's a
great technique, and everyone can try it to reduce burnout.
  Go somewhere private and quiet.   Experiment with
positions, sitting, standing, walking.   This is a moment
for your sanity, start unplugged, and take off wearables.
