How to hire a remote employee?

I am always being asked this question and made a video explaining
how we hire remotely.

1. We funnel all the responses, testings, and processing into a
Google form

2. Feed that into a project to screen out prospects

3. Post a text/image/video on LinkedIn announcing the position,
use the right hashtags 3-5. Link to form in comments

4. Post the job on marketplaces to advertise it

5. Targeted Linkedin job posting.

6. Angel.co jobs

The objective is to funnel all applicants through a single system
quickly, quickly review ideal candidates, and find a job posting
board that fits your budget.

Project management infrastructure, training, and collaboration
tools need to be dialed in before hiring your first remote
employee.

Can your business handle projects with someone in a different
timezone, or somebody will rarely, if ever, visit the office?
