Episode 70: Katie Elliott

This episode's guest is Katie Elliott.  Katie started out as
an author and illustrator of children's music books, helping
thousands of children learn how to read and write music using
cartoon slugs.  She later became a jazz flautist and
pianist, recorded an album, made a charity pop single and toured
theatres playing keyboards in a range of unlikely outfits. 
She is the host of the adventures in behaviour change podcast,
creator of Amiko cards and is the founder of little challenges -
a place to find inspiration and practical tools to help make the
messy business of being human just a little bit easier.
