Parenting Class #1 - Tear-iffic!

Another Giggly one today! In the first of a trio (not two like
Christopher says!) of special episodes, we discuss our Parenting
Craft classes with the Maritime Midwife team. We learned a WHOLE
lot more about the implications on the female body during Birth,
processes and the orders of labour and about everything that goes
with it !! (Make sure you do your pelvic floor exercises!) There's
