In this episode, I talk to Helen Merati about her consulting
journey. Helen has a background in international health and has
worked in the sector for over 20 years.  She worked in a
consulting firm for 10 years supporting, managing, and
contributing to consultancies in health systems strengthening,
SRMNCH, HIV, and more. And then stepped into the world of
independent consulting.


In this episode, we learn about how Helen made the decision to
work in consulting and why.  And how she got her
all-important first client.
