Today Helen and I are talking you through a useful framework you
can use to reflect on your year. These are 6 questions to ask
about your year as a consultant . You can also use these
questions if you are working as an employee but wish to move into
consulting as they may give you some ideas about the direction
you could go in the future.
This is an episode where you need to find a quiet space, perhaps
an hour to yourself. For us this is part of self-care. Make
sure you have a pen, paper and something nice to drink. There's a
lot of celebrating of yourself in this episode - something
frankly we don't do often enough. Something we can forget
as we go quickly from one thing to another.
So it's time to put a sign on your door and carve some space, and
show yourself some appreciation!

In this far reaching conversation we focus on authenticity
and integrity. We learn how showing up every day on Twitter
helped Dorothea build her personal brand, by having an opinion
and having conversations with a growing community of people
interested in ethics and ESG.
We learn how she found liberation from the academic life in the
280 characters of Twitter, and how this led to her being referred
to as an influencer and thought-leader in her field.
