Today I am speaking with Lauri Ericson.


Lauri Robbins Ericson is an organizational leadership speaker and
consultant with a focus on emotional and gender
intelligence.  She has worked with leaders, entrepreneurs,
philanthropists, CEOs and purpose-driven change-makers all over
the world.  In this episode we chat about the reason she
became a consultant in the first place and how adopting a
generous approach lifts everyone up.  We also explore her
journey to being a Tedx speaker and how this has helped her in
her consulting career.
