Today I am speaking with Torrey Peace - Torrey is a professional
coach based in Kenya, with twelve years’ experience in
international development. She facilitates rising and established
leaders in the aid world and among her busy coaching practice
runs the aid for aid workers leadership podcast. 


In this insightful conversation, she helps us delve deeper into
the mindset needed to be a consultant. We consider our mindset
around the topics of failure, time, and money and the surrounding
limiting beliefs that may hinder us as we start out on our
consulting journey.
