Today I am speaking with Helena Rees. Helena worked for a large
global consultancy firm for 10 years and was responsible for
sourcing consultants for a variety of projects. Her role focused
on identifying suitable consultants and liaising on fee rates, CV
preparation, and taking consultants through the bidding process.
 


In this conversation, we go through the step-by-step process of
what happens when a company bids for a project and how
consultants are selected.   Helena shares the worst CVs she
has received (what not to do) as well as plenty of tips on how to
make your CV relevant for a large consulting firm.
