Today I am speaking with Emma Haegeman. Emma works in gender and
inclusion at Social Development Direct, a consulting firm based
in the UK.  She has worked as a consultant since the
beginning of her career and in this conversation, we explore the
difference between working as an independent and things to
consider when choosing to work for a larger or smaller
firm. 


We talk about collaboration and collegiate ways of working and
how to juggle competing priorities. Emma shares her thoughts on
utilisation rates and what the word expert really means.
