Today I am speaking with Chara Itoka. Chara describes herself as
a generalist with in-depth knowledge of a range of disciplines
including strategy development, manufacturing, social enterprise,
and teaching.

In this energetic and generous conversation, we learn about
Chara’s journey into consulting. We focus on boundaries and how
learning to set these is a vital yet overlooked skill. We hear
