My practice is filled with amazing people with tangible,
measurable problems that often times are directly linked to their
dietary habits. There are a few very common, culprits that
predominantly create inflammation in the body. This statement is
not meant to be a gross generalization applied to everyone, but
rather is based on an individual’s response and body markers.
Genetically Modified foods, sensititives, allergies, Autoimmunity
and gluten intolerance can be very emotional conversations when
it comes to abstaining from foods we're attached to. Yet, their
high prevalence at driving inflammation in the body is quite
relevant and still needs to be understood and managed to restore
function and heal in order to be our best self.
This episode is based on a distinct conversation that happens
every day in my office with a very predictable outcome. I share
the process and some strategies to allow you to hear the
possibilities without letting your emotions run wild with the
fear of loss.
There is definitely more to be gained in the process, as this
concept is only showing to reveal itself with more hard science
and is proving to ultimately drive the results we all desperately
seek.
