#078 Peter Mattock: Visible Maths, planning lessons and running a department

Pete is Director of Maths & Numeracy in a secondary school in
the Midlands. He is a Secondary Mastery Lead for the EMS Maths
Hub, and Maths SLE & PD Lead. He is also the author of
Visible Maths - a book that looks at using visual representations
to help students sense-make. In this conversation we take a
deep-dive into all things visual, as well as discussing planning
sequences of lessons and running a maths department.
