Episode 40 - IS THERE ANY REASON TO VOTE ANC?

I have looked at the African National Congress's manifesto and
thought about its record in government, with a view to assessing
whether or not there is a compelling case for voting ANC this
year. I can't see a reason to vote for the ANC.
