Kyle Melancon wrestled with God in the desert of his life,
overcame bullying and feelings of inadequacy in childhood and as
an adult in order to help young people today do the same thing.
He is a former seminarian who discerned he wasn’t called to the
Catholic priesthood and eventually got married. Living and
sharing the gospel daily in the trenches of youth ministry in
this ongoing battle he has served as a mentor and guide for
countless young people over the last decade. His story is one
that will inspire others to give their own “yes” even when it’s
not what they originally envisioned for their life.
