One in every three American children is now growing up in a home
without their biological father. Dustin Bertrand has defied all
of these odds including never knowing his biological father,
growing up in the deep south amidst the lingering effects of
racism as a biracial man, and fighting a subconscious lie that
because he was unplanned, he wasn’t wanted. Through the grace of
God, instead of becoming another statistic, he has courageously
allowed God the Father to transform him into the person he is
today not in spite of those circumstances, but rather because of
them.
