Amy Errett founded Madison Reed with 30+ years of experience as

brand challenging industry titans in hair color. Amy is also a
Partner at True Ventures, focusing on consumer and ecommerce
investments.


Before Madison Reed, Amy was a general partner at Maveron, a VC
firm co-founded by Howard Schultz. She served as Chief Asset
Gathering Officer at E*TRADE and has been featured on Fast
Company's Queer 50 and Inc. Magazine's Female Founders 100 lists.


Amy noticed the need for at-home hair color with salon-quality
results using clean ingredients. Inspired by her daughter, she
created Madison Reed, empowering colorists to earn more. Amy
believes in empowering women in their lives, not just their hair
color.
