Hi guys and welcome back to the mystery and comedy old time radio
podcast. please join me in welcome back to the show Ms Lucille Ball
and Mr Richard denning in the CBS comedy show my favorite husband.
in this first episode we find the Cooper's once again in their home
when all the sudden Iris runs for her life. she tells Liz that she
thought she saw a bear in their backyard. but Liz informs her that
it's George's old raccoon coat from his and Mr attaberry's old
college. so the girls have a surprise for there husbands that they
are not going to be going to the football game but there husbands
have some bad news for the girls they are not taking them with them
because the girls don't like football so the girls tried to learn
about football and pick up the wrong book in Rudolph and iris's
house and it is called the football game. in this second episode we
find the Copper's once says good bye to each other when George
tells Liz his mother is coming over for dinner. at dinner George
tells Liz about the 10 extra guest for Monday night. so Liz thinks
Katie will be mad if she has to cook for that many people
unfortunately Mrs Cooper has forgotten that Katie is going on her
vacation that Sunday. so mother Cooper suggest that Liz makes the
dinner and George, his mother begin to laugh. about the idea but
Liz is bound and determined to finish it and prove her
mother-in-law wrong. and it is called Liz cooks for 12 people.
