Where are my "protect your peace" people at?? 2020 HAS BEEN A
YEAR! So I think this might be the perfect time to share some of
my stress-reducing tips to my CREW. 


Between juggling a job, a podcast, relationships, weight-loss,
investing, networking, and the occasional breathing and eating
EVERY DAY, I may not seem like the most stressed person in the
world and that is because I am not. I am simply not stressed
often. Why? Because I have been putting certain behaviors into
practice that effectively reduce my stress and my obsessive
control over time (or lack thereof)....


I am sharing those tips with you now! Tune in and change your
life...for the better.
