Day Trip turned out to be the first post-Covid major music
festival in Southern California, but not without lots of drama
with two venue changes within two weeks of the show. But,
Insomnniac CEO Pasquale Rotella gave attendees some major gifts
to make up for it. We discuss lineups for SoCal’s Escape
Halloween, Denver’s Global Dance Festival, and El Paso’s
Freakazoid Robots. Plus we continue our conversation about the
ongoing fast food chicken sandwich war.
