Milaina is a Canadian dancer and actress best known for her role
as Zara in The Next Step. Milaina has been dancing for more than
18 years and has trained in all styles. In addition to her role
in The Next Step,  you can also find her in Freeform's
Motherland, Descendants 3, Riverdale and Zoey's Extraordinary
Playlist.  She has performed for Harlem Globe Trotters, the
Briar Cup, Continental Cup, Sharing Dance, WE Day, BMW's
Cabriolet Gala and Family Channel's Big Ticket Summer Concert. As
well as pursuing her professional dance and acting career Milaina
now travels across Canada, teaching and adjudicating. We sit down
and chat with her all things dance, the dance industry and The
Next Step. Milaina gives some great insight into working as a
professional dancer and actress.
