Lauren Kate Seymour is one of Australia’s most sought after
commercial and contemporary dancers who has found success both in
Australia and the UK. In season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance,
she was crowned Runner Up. Landing roles in films including Happy
Feet 2, Goddess and Rocketman, Lauren has experienced great
success in her career. 


She has also performed with Kylie Minogue, Liam Payne, Jessie J,
Zara Larsson, Robbie Williams, Lunchmoney Lewis, Delta Goodrem
and Kelly Rowland. Lauren also took on the Dance Captain role for
the Australian commercial dance company, The Dream Dance Company
for the first three seasons. We chat all things dance and about
