HELLOOOOO 2024!


Yes, I am excited to be here in this new year.


2023 felt like an intitation and I am damn proud that I passed.


A year where many were 'tested/initiated" across the spectrum of
their lives.  Why?  I believe so that we can see
clearly what we stand for.


When we have that deep contrasting energy show up in our life we
are given moments of decision.


What are you going to do?  Continue to tolerate your own
outdated conditioning OR follow your knowing and commit to your
consciousness....


In this opening episode I explore why this moment is here for all
of us and why if you are being pulled by your knowing then it is
your responsibility to play that card!


I am declaring 2024 is the year of commitment to consciousness.
