Marilee Sears is a coach for dentists who helps them realize how
to increase their production while reducing stress. I know many
fellow dentists that have worked with Marilee, and her work is
always highly regarded.


Marilee is the daughter of a dentist, and she shares some of the
personal experiences that shaped her outlook on life and work.
She explains how her father was imprisoned by his practice, and
how despite a fulfilling career in which he served many people,
he still wished at the end of his life that he'd done things
differently.


Marilee's straightforward advice about tackling problems and
communicating with patients will certainly give you food for
