REAL BRIDE || Laura Cole

This episode of the You and Me Podcast spotlights REAL BRIDE
Laura Cole, who married her beau Aidan in a gorgeous intimate
setting, surrounded by 30 of their closest people in regional
Victoria.


Laura and Aidan were booked in for a large scale marquee wedding
with close to 200 guests when COVID hit and changed their plans
dramatically.


Understanding the risk of such a large gathering having the
potential to not go ahead with how turbulent the year 2020 was,
Laura and Aidan made the incredibly tough decision, like many in
their position during the past year, to postpone their large
scale event, and opt for a smaller celebration with their closest
friends and family.


To be able to achieve this new option, they had to source a new
venue + even some new suppliers than those they had originally
booked, and change their entire outlook on what they thought
their day would be initially to what is what actually now going
to look like.


Scaling back the guest numbers allowed Laura and Aidan to invest
in premium details throughout their celebration, with a focus on
being able to indulge with their guests and really create an
atmosphere that not only celebrated them as a couple getting
married, but also their love for those in the room with them!
