Conceptual design is where industrial design starts. It’s when we
at Nonfiction start thinking about ideas of how to use a
technology, how to use a product, and how to revolutionize an
industry. As we do this, we think about usability, the market,
the sales opportunity, and the stakeholders. We ask questions,
surround ourselves with the right people, and collaborate.
