certainty of Diksha Deo on her purpose to make a difference for
India by designing and manufacturing in India. As technocrat and
leader - Founder of INCUBSENCE Diksha with her co-founder Anuj
Sharma has been making a difference to the Indian tech start-up
eco-system.  The big difference, they could make? They made
products of INCUBSENCE - Contact Less attendance systems and access

Diksha Deo Founder, CEO, & Head of Software Engineering,
INCUBSENCE India Diksha Deo is the Founder, CEO & Head of
Software Engineering of INCUBSENCE and serves on its Board of
Directors. She is a renowned public speaker in Technology since
past 3+ years and has inspired young leaders to think like an
Engineer in 250+ Tech Talks. Diksha is shortlisted by World #1
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA for Innovation, and
Entrepreneurship program. She leads the development of INCUBSENCE
software platforms and algorithm. The responsibility of delivering
the software in INCUBSENCE’s innovative products, including the
user interface, applications and frameworks is on her team. Diksha
is a guardian for privacy policies, legal matters and is also
responsible for intellectual property and all other security
compliances. Diksha is a brain on INCUBSENCE’s efforts to minimize
its impact on the environment by banning plastic on INCUBSENCE
campus. She is also geared up for setting up a renewable energy
roadmap on INCUBSENCE campus. She is ethically responsible for
INCUBSENCE’s pledge policy programs for Senior Citizens and Women
in Tech. She creates and maintains INCUBSENCE’s diverse culture
helping employees to be productive. She leads everything in HR,
including talent development procedures, recruitment, beneficial
programs, compensation and business support. Prior to this, Diksha
worked at Prima Seller, NIIT Limited, Sales Force, followed by
CRMNext, and where she holds several roles including Software
Engineer. Diksha holds a Master of Computers Application degree,
and a Bachelor of Application degree from Amity University and
Birla Institute of Technology. She won many prestigious awards at
Amity University inclusive of Best All Rounder.
