Summer Solstice and Birth through Sacred Union

Summer Solstice is exact today as the Sun moves into Cancer at
2:44 pm PDT.  The "Ring of Fire," Annular Solar Eclipse or
Cancer Super New Moon is exact at 11:41 pm tonight PDT, or
tomorrow June 21 for many.  The Solstice window, a potent
time for ceremony, lasts for a week on either side of today's

Today and through the coming week we plant the seeds of our
intention for the coming six months of 2020.  When we gaze
at the Sun in these days we know it is poised at the center of
the ring of stars known to the Lakota as the "Sacred Hoop," at
the edge of our Milky Way Galaxy, the Cross in the Sky where the
ecliptic and the plane of our Galaxy intersect, forming a Great
Cross in the sky.

As you meditate with the Sun know it is at the Birth Point, or
poised within the Great Womb, where it is said Souls are birthed
into this earthly realm.  This is a time of such great
prophecy, only every 26,000 years, or Turning of the Great Year,
can the Sun be located at Solstice in this part of the Sky.

We experience the Sacred Union of Masculine and Feminine energies
today, as the Sun is also poised "in the Hand of the High Man, or
Orion," according to Celtic prophecy.  In western mythology
from the Greeks, Orion can be seen as the Great Hunter, or Big
Man, He who, in some stories, was the out of balance masculine,
bent on the destruction of the natural world.

It is time for us to see in him the emerging evolved masculine,
as he can also be perceived, as the Osiris or Christ figure
signifying the healing of the wound at the heart of
patriarchy.  When we see that he holds in his hand Great
Mystery, Father Sun, in sacred Union with the Great Mother
Source, we feel and know our own potential to finally come into
harmony with the duality and polarity that live within us and
source all new creation in our Earth plane.

We are coming fully home into our feminine bodies and fully
receiving the illumination of Christ consciousness, piercing us
with new awareness.  We are giving birth to ourselves and to
our new world.  With Morning Star Venus in Gemini arising in
the East now prior to Sunrise it is a beautiful time to go out at
least an hour before sunrise to see her rise in the east followed
by the Solstice Sun. 

In ceremonies today tomorrow and through the coming week, know we
are giving birth to ourselves and to a New Earth.  That we
are returning to Source, to the Great Mother Herself, that it is
time, as in every Great World Story, whether it be of the
Haudenesee (Iroquois) or the Egyptians story of Sekhmet, or of
Durga--when our human world is so profoundly out of balance, it
is time to remember she who we have forgotten, the Great
Mother. 

Of course this is all occurring within a triple eclipse window,
just as Venus has risen with Aldebaran, the star of prophecy at
the Eye of the Bull, as Mercury has just stationed retrograde
with Sirius, the star connected to Isis, as Venus prepares to
station direct and as Neptune is preparing to station retrograde
and we have five planets retrograde in total--and on the 23-24
for a moment 6 planets retrograde.

We also know the Nodes of the Moon are poised within two degrees
of the plane of our Galaxy at 29 Gemini/Sagittarius.  And
that Jupiter and Pluto are preparing to meet in their second of
three conjunctions on June 30.  

Take time today, tomorrow, and in the coming week for prayer, for
ceremony, for meditation, and for listening deep to the emerging
visions, full of feeling and aliveness-- of the New World Story
you wish to live for yourself and our shared Earth Family.
