Christine Questore - Lake Wally Cafe

Christine grew up in Hawley, PA and has lived there nearly all
her life.  After highschool she attended the Culinary
Institute of America, where she received a Pastry Chef's degree.
 After that she spent time working at country clubs in CT
and eventually moved back to Hawley.  She worked for
Woodloch and Weis Markets.  In July 2019 Christine and her
family opened Lake Wally Cafe in the former location of Fluff's
Deli.  They specialize in delicious breakfasts, lunches and
incredible baked goods and treats.  Lake Wally Cafe also
serves special dinners every weekend and are available to cater
as well.  Christine shares stories of what goes on behind
the scenes at culinary school, and brings in some DELICIOUS items
from the restaurant to share.  Adam's holiday treat is
Pineapple Supreme, a delicious sweet bread pudding made with
tropical pineapple.
