Dustin Stevens - Kol Steakhouse

Dustin started down the road to a career in Computers and I.T.
but quickly realized it was not right for him.  However he
had been working in restaurant kitchens for most of his life and
decided that his happiest place was working in a kitchen where he
was able to flex some creative muscle when designing menu
options.  For the last year he has been working as Executive
Chef in the kitchen at Kol Steakhouse - part of Hotel Anthracite
in Carbondale, PA.  Dustin brings in an amazing loaded
potato soup with dry-aged steak and also shares some secrets to
cooking the perfect steak at home.
