Brian Smith - Wayne County Commissioner (encore presentation)

In 2018 Brian came in for Taste Test to explain his work as one
of three Wayne County Commissioners.  Since this episode was
recorded, the slate of commissioners has changed but Brian is
still on the team.  Brian's wife sent him into the studio
with delicious baked potato soup and amazing homemade guacamole.
 Adam managed to track down Maryland Crabs and brought one
in to share with Brian.
