It was an honor to learn about this beautiful young lady from
Nairobi, Kenya and how she overcame a life full of Domestic
Violence.  I had the opportunity to coach her through some
of her struggles in her relationship with her ex-husband and she
thought it would serve other women who have had similar struggles
if she shared her story.  Often people who are victims of
abuse ignore signs, put the blame on themselves, or accept
behaviors that are not Love...because it's all they know.
But this young lady chose to take her power back and while
she has had her challenges, she made a decision not to be a
victim.

Part 1 she will share her back story, where her abuse started in
her childhood and led to depression and illness.  And sadly
she married a man that continued the abuse. She is a great
example of how powerful our brains are, how resilience, and
determination will help you overcome the hardest struggles.
She has been restoring herself over the past year and
shares how her strength has been vital in her rebuilding her
life.

Part 2 she shares more patterns of abuse, she shares details on
how she was physically and mentally abused.  She struggled
with depression, self-harm, and even went as far as trying to
kill herself.  But she did not allow her circumstances to
destroy her, she overcame, she empowered herself through personal
development, having empathy, and surrounding herself with
positivity.  Her belief in love, kindness, and humanity, has
kept her going.
