How Forgiveness Is The First Step To Build A Strong Love Foundation In Order To Have A Thriving Relationship.

This episode is on what I believe is the most important step in
building or rebuilding a strong "Love Foundation" and that is
Forgiveness.  I share 4 ways to go through the process of
forgiveness.  This is a critical step to take, otherwise, we
find ourselves building up walls of anger and bitterness due to
our hurt and pain.  Unforgiveness is a prison we put
ourselves in, if we do not let go and make the decision to
forgive and love.  It's not an easy thing to do, but it's a
daily practice we should have, just like the practice of
gratitude.  When you practice it daily, it gets easier and
comes more natural. It takes time and work, but in the end you
will be and have a much happier and thriving relationship and
love life!
