How To Push Through The Labor Of Love

If you have had a baby, gone through a pregnancy and labor, the
examples I use in this episode on "How To Push Through The Labor
Of Love" will resonate with you.  Even if you have not had a
baby, we have all carried something or someone at some point in
our lives. If I had to take one key point out of this episode, it
would be this, we must all deliver somehow, somewhere, at some
point. 


The first step to pushing through is to identify what you are
expecting.  Are you carrying a book inside you, a business
idea, a loved one who needs to regain strength?  There are
times that someone may be carrying us, as we need to regain our
strength back, as we go through our low.  


You then want to understand what the development or growth period
will look like.  This is a time that nourishment needs to
take place, for yourself and the business idea, book, or loved
one you're helping.  This period of time you need to protect
this person or thing.  Like a baby in the womb, it's
protected and cared for through a women's body. There is a small
circle of people who help during this time, they specialize in
certain areas, and these resources need to be utilized.
 Don't try to do it all yourself when you can and need help.


I started writing my new book, ReCreate Your Love, a little over
a year ago.  I've had a wonderful Coach help me get over
many hurdles, I had an editor, a cover designer, and I've hired 4
formatters (yes FOUR). 


The 3rd phase or trimester, is a preparation phase.  This is
a time for training, learning, and taking action.  As I was
writing my book, I had a lot to learn about self-publishing.
 Taking action is key: action produces traction!


Finally, the day comes when you deliver your baby, your business,
your book, your renewal of love.  This delivery date comes
with pain and struggle many times, but it's worth it in the end
and it makes you stronger. Best of all, you give a gift to
yourself and the world.  So push through the labor of love!
