didn’t) for a number of reasons.


In today’s episode I share a few vulnerable stories (including
my superstar T1D sister’s story) about how I went from nervous
about lows and highs to living fearlessly with diabetes…


Oh, and I’m redefining “fearless” - you’ll get a kick out of
what that word ACTUALLY means to me.


Ultimately, diabetes DID hold me back (and it was rooted in
fear), but a recent 60 mile bike ride and mile and a half swim
switched something in my head that I think you might benefit from
- so I recorded my thoughts and lessons learned just for you.
