new mantra that honestly, gave me my 'mojo' back through some
really difficult times.


If that sounds foreign, a mantra is a phrase that you can use in
challenging times to remind you of your strength.


It gives you hope.


It makes you feel superhuman.


And in today's episode, I share a recent "update" in my new
favorite mantra that I'll be using from here on out...
