What does Worthiness look like?


The benefits of seeing and owning your infinite value are
astonishing. It looks like potential energy gone kinetic!


The main difference between potential and kinetic energy is
that one is the energy of what can be and one is the
energy of what is. In other words, potential energy is
stationary, with stored energy to be released; kinetic energy is
energy in motion, actively using energy for movement.


This means your Spirit is in full expression. Your Spirit is in
movement, not stationary. When you have high sense of self-worth,
your spirit is activated in all it’s glory. All your flavors have
matured and there is profound self-awareness. You only do the
things that represent you, that match you, that make you shine.
You put yourself in situations and relationship that cultivate
love and respect.


Self-doubt, questioning, second-guessing, fear of being seen,
fear of making a mistake, fear of failing, fear of rejection ~
these energies no longer dominate your daily life experience.
Sure, they happen once in a while because we are humans with
egos. They just don’t need to be the main character in your life
story.


Worthiness looks like the light of your soul shining brightly and
giving warmth to hardened hearts. Gratitude, contentment,
connection, beauty, inspiration are the predominant energies that
color your world.


That almost sounds like a drama free life! There is ease and
expansion that happens as worthiness rises. Less bumps in the
road. Obstacles and breaking upper limits still happen and can
get messy. But it’s the good kind of mess, ones that are
constructive and healing. Much of the struggles, setbacks and
challenges we experience often are generated by shame, not
worthiness. Pick the right kind of battles. Battles rooted in
shame damage and destroy, battles rooted in worthiness build the
stage for your soul to shine.
