In this episode I describe the 4 modes of Meditation, Sitting
meditation, Walking, Standing and Laying down meditation. I also
teach about our state our mind during meditation. Is our mind empty
of thought or engaged? I believe we begin with quietness and then
add a focused intentional affirmation and visualization. I
encourage listeners to revisit 'Be Still and Know' meditation,
revisit Ecomeditation using the Emotional Freedom Technique or
tapping and transitioning into Meditation. Revisit the
Reprogramming Meditation or the Light Meditation with this new
