Episode 10 CONTENTMENT Meditation

It seems so easy to have a complaining spirit. But love will
release a brand new view. Bringing yourself into a quiet restful
place and bring those dry negative uncomfortable feelings into that
place with you that the energy of love will transform them. Isn’t
that what it’s about that we transform our lives into lives that
are pleasing to God to ourselves and to our fellow man. So come
