Silence is Golden Meditation. Having trouble realizing your
miracle? Manifesting all your wonderful dreams? Could it be you
never really enter the sacred silence? Is your body Laying quietly
on the couch but your mind is spinning out of control? Let’s try

then a body scan. Yes that’s right a body scan with instructions!
We can and should be our body’s master. And our body’s will comply,
did you know that? Our body’s will obey us. Body’s are containers
and we are the owners. After the body scan our brain waves should
be in theta, highly suggestible. Now begins the magic. Say out loud
what is your hearts desire. See your desire completely fulfilled
with your mind’s eye. How do you feel with the desire of your heart
a reality? Feel deeply. And be GRATEFUL! Gratefulness is the icing
on the cake, it seals the deal, it triggers a material
manifestation. Life is lived in the silent zone. Silence truly is
