How many of us need a Sleep Meditation? Do you have difficulties
falling asleep or perhaps you wake up in the middle of the night?
Often we can help ourselves, you know, go to bed earlier, turn off
the devices and no late night snacking allowed But with that said
many folks are restless because of health issues or it could be
worries and anxieties. Meditation can be a great blessing. By
nature Meditation brings our mind and nerves into peace and
relaxation. Today I will guide you into total body relaxation. We
will address the areas of our body or perhaps our mind and focus
our breath filled with love to that area. And if along the way a
few of you fall asleep and you miss the rest of the meditation,
