I used to think meditation was just sitting with an empty mind. And
that’s never true. We might be confusing empty with quiet. Today we
want to bring ourselves into a meditative contemplative state. It
is a quiet resting place mentally and spiritually. It is acquired
by our purposefully sitting still, breathing and observing our
breath with intention. And letting all our physical body from head
to toe completely relax. By maintaining this quiet peaceful place
our bodies and our minds and our spiritual well-being will benefit.
