What is one thing you want to change? Just one thing? Today's
meditation we will be writing a personal mantra,  a personal
affirmation, a prayer, based on your heart's desires. You need a
piece of paper so you can write down your 'One Thing'.  As
our usual practice, we will observe our breathing to calm and
still our minds and our nervous system.  Followed by a body
scan instructing your body to relax from head to toe. This ushers
in the theta brain wave, the gate way to our subconscious where
our default programs are running.  If you have held a
limiting belief about your health, wealth, relationships,
success, emotions, job, difficulty with parenting, whatever it
is, today, using a new mantra, a new program is written on your
mind. Today can be the beginning of something new.
