Today’s meditation will look at one critical message that we tell
ourselves. That one that comes to your mind as you’re driving in
the car. Or maybe it’s while you’re sitting in a church service
and the message comes across your mind you are not worthy. But
you are worthy and today we’re going to write down one negative
message and we are going to flip it. This is our beginning
meditation: 


1. Quiet yourself in a chair or lie down. 2. Take three or four
quiet easy breath’s. 3.  Begin to relax from the top of your
head to the bottom of your toes. Number 4. See the golden glowing
light entering through the top of your head traveling your arms
down your torso through your legs. .This light is filled with
love, joy & the peace of God. 5. See the light shining beyond
your body as an aura. See the light travel into space and the
universe connecting with other lights.  6. remember what we
wrote? Whatever negative critical thought flows through your mind
right now in this place of infinity and darkness or space, flip
it make it positive. This is agreeing with God. This is using
free will to agree with God about who you are, who you have
always been. 7 See it, Feel it, Experience it. Stay with the
vision listen to the voice and declare who are you are, see with
your minds eye things you’ve thought impossible for you are
possible. See yourself doing them. And because we are
experiencing so much love.  8. Be thankful, be grateful, be
filled with gratefulness and gratitude for the God who is, for
the God who made you fearfully and wonderfully made you, grateful
that you are perfect in almost every way.

To prepare the Oil Blend use 8 drops of Melaleuca 3 drops
wintergreen 3 drops cypress 3 drops lemongrass. 3 drops of
Cedarwood Put oils in a 10 ml. roller bottle. Fill the rest of
the roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil. Apply oil blend
to the back of your neck, along your belly, the inside of your
elbow creases. Put it on a couple times a day and especially
