Lots of folks listened to my first Sleep Meditation so obviously
there is interest in gaining more peaceful, restful nights. So
here is my newest one. It's very easy and simple to go with this
meditation and yet it's so powerful. That really seems to be the
secret to much of life, a paradox between something that appears
difficult and yet mastery comes through simplification. I simply
listed the steps to follow ~ or not, use your own God given
intuition to modify the meditation. 


Restful Meditation 
3 cleansing breaths 5 sec. breathe in - hold 6 sec,, Exhale 6
sec. Breathe in 6 sec. - Hold 7 sec. - Exhale 7 sec. Continue to
breathe adding 1 sec. until you reach 10sec. Body scan - Tell your
head to relax, shoulders, arms etc  Now just be - several
quite minutes. Have you had a busy mind? ~ Let it go ~  no
judgement just let the thought flow right through your mind. Be
gentle with yourself.

Breathe in peace,  breathe out stress 

Breathe in stillness, breathe out noise, 

Breathe in quietness, breathe out unrest, 

Breathe in sleep - a new brain wave - theta/delta - breathe
out restlessness. 



     7. Be. Still. Be. Still.
