Flow and Glow Meditation 97

Some of these notes I’m not going to be in the meditation so if you
read them you’ll get a little extra today. Today I introduce myself
with a brief biography of my own journey followed by a meditation.
The meditation places our focus on who we are. First we quiet our
mind and bring our focus upon the our breath, quieting our minds
and hearts. Many people talk about the word of God and they are
referring to the written Bible. But I wonder what then is the
living word of God? I believe that our allegiance, our
thankfulness, our worship, our gratitude, our love, belongs to the
living word who is a person, who is Jesus Christ. He is God in the
flesh come to earth to show us who we are. We are made exactly in
the image of God. The important thing here to note is that when the
Bible speaks of Adam and Eve falling from grace and falling into
sin it is referring to Eve taking the forbidden fruit. But why did
even take the fruit? Let’s back up. The serpent asked eve do you
want to be as God’s? Of course you did. Here’s the deception, she
already was made in the express image of God. From the beginning it
has been a case of identity theft. The human race is having an
identity crisis. As we flow and glow with the light love and the
life of God in us as us we are reconnecting with who we are and who
our source is.
