You Are Spirit Meditation Episode 134

You are spirit. You are very familiar with your body but probably
not so much with your spirit man. Today we will sit in meditation
and choose intentionally to see and feel our spirit. Yes, it is
possible. We use our imagination, and our minds eye. God told us we
are the light of the world. He also instructed us not to hide our
light under a bushel but rather to set our light on a pedestal so
that everyone can see it. That can happen only when we believe that
we are a light. We hold light, life, and love. That is because God
is love, light, and life. We are HIS sons and daughters and we
