This year's Halloween Special delves into the disturbing case of
the Toolbox Killers. What lessons can we take from their terrible
crimes? At first glance this seemed like a simple case of be wary
of approaching drivers when walking alone and the dangers of
hitchhiking. However, a closer examination reveals that all of
the victims had some good survival instincts - the first one
wasn't even hitchhiking - and clearly we need to provide deeper
self-protection education for our young to safeguard against
predators of this nature.
